Tilling, Garlic Planting and Cover Cropping- Oh My!

We are waiting for a break in the weather when we will till and plant garlic and onions and a cover crop over some of the garden,and cover other areas with mulch for next spring. There is a giant load of chips coming to line the pathways as well. We have talked about a tentative plan for Sunday October 24th in the afternoon if the weather is nice and there is a heavy duty tiller available.
