We got free seeds from tomatobob.com!!!!  I told them about Longfellow Creek Community Gardens goals of feeding 10 families from the garden and having extra for the foodbank, and they sent us the seeds!  They sent loads of tomato seeds, along with 3 kinds of onions, 4 kinds of lettuce, 2 squash, broccali raab, swiss chard, mustard, and even a set of watermelon seeds (and the variety is named after my hometown, Charleston)!  I am so excited about our prospects!  We need to have a meeting soon to figure out who can help start them all- I have pots and some soil to start....
